Frontier Home Inspections is owned and operated by Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) Steve Weilhart. His experience in the industry started as a teenager when he first entered the construction field. This path led Steve to a 10-year career in the HVAC trade, and he eventually became a service technician. After a big move to the mountains of California, Steve decided to pursue construction once more and began working on custom homes, learning everything there is to know about how a home works from the ground up. Eventually, Steve began working as a licensed WDI inspector, an experience that would eventually lead him to open up his own inspection business, Frontier Home Inspections.

Steve Weilhart owns his own WDI, pest inspection, and extermination business, Frontier Pest & Termite Services, in addition to Frontier Home Inspections. He specializes in finding, diagnosing, and helping clients remedy infestations of termites and other wood-destroying insects, which can cause major structural damage to a home. He provides detailed WDI reports for realtors and homeowners in central Texas.
